Why this wine
Le Sol is the wine that convinced the world New Zealand could make serious Syrah, grown on the stoniest ground in the Gimblett Gravels from a clone brought to the country in the 1840s. Whole-bunch perfume, seventeen months in French and Austrian oak, and a structure built to last.
