Why this wine

Provence is overwhelmingly rosé country, and reds of this seriousness rarely leave it. Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon in near-equal parts, grown on certified organic limestone vineyards and given a year in cask that adds polish rather than weight. A useful answer for anyone who thinks the region only makes pink wine.
