Why this wine

Pedemontis works marginal Roero and Langhe land back into production, farming a closed cycle in which thirty donkeys do the weeding and the fertilising. Bajet is unoaked and rested on its lees, which keeps the Barbera fruit clean and the acidity intact. A serious estate's everyday red.
