Why this wine

Les Teurons is among the two or three best climats in Beaune, and Albert Morot owns a full hectare of it. Everything here is estate fruit, certified organic since 2015, yields held to 25 hectolitres per hectare and bottled by gravity without fining or filtration. Premier cru Beaune remains one of the more approachable doors into serious Cote de Beaune red.
