Why this wine

VIK built this estate from the soil up, with 6,000 analyses behind the planting and 10,000 vines to the hectare. Omega is the accessible end of that work: Cabernet-led, polished and balanced rather than heavy. It offers serious Chilean winemaking at a price that does not ask for a special occasion.
