Why this wine

Armenia is where wine began, and almost nobody in the UK has tasted a rosé from it. Karmrahyut is a teinturier grape found nowhere else, and on ungrafted vines at up to 1,900 metres it gives a rosé with real colour and perfume rather than the usual pale whisper. Five months on lees give it the body to go with food.
