Why this wine

Syrah leads, with the Greek Limnio for savoury depth and Merlot for flesh, aged a year in French oak and bottled without fining or filtration. Gerovassiliou built his name on white wine, but the Estate Red is the bottle that shows how far the Epanomi vineyard reaches.
