Fèvre owns more Premier and Grand Cru land in Chablis than anyone, and Montmains is where that shows without the Grand Cru price. Farmed biodynamically, aged mostly in steel so the site speaks rather than the oak. A benchmark for what Premier Cru Chablis should taste like.
