Why this wine

Vosgros sits in a sun-trap amphitheatre on the left bank, which is why it gives a rounder, riper Chablis than most Premier Crus. Long ageing on fine lees and almost no oak leave that texture intact without dressing it up. The one to pour for anyone who has found Chablis too austere.
