Why this wine

Corpinnat is the top tier of Penedès sparkling wine, with organic, hand-picked, estate-made fruit and long lees ageing built into the rules, and Llopart helped write them. Eighteen months on the lees gives this rosé more depth than most pink fizz at the price. A serious, vintage-dated alternative to rosé Champagne.
