Why this wine

White Bordeaux at this price is usually plain Sauvignon Blanc; the 28% Muscadelle here adds the floral, orange-spice note that makes the wine worth a second glass. The 2023 is the first vintage from certified organic fruit after four years of conversion. Five months in stainless steel keeps everything on the fruit, with no oak in the way.
