Why this wine

Pouilly-Fumé sits across the river from Sancerre on much the same flint, and Tracy has been in one family since 1586. The vines are certified organic and hand picked in several passes, and the wine is fermented slowly in steel with no oak at all. A textbook demonstration of what flint does to Sauvignon Blanc.
