Why this wine
A white made the old Alentejo way, fermented and then aged five months on its skins in clay talha, which gives it the colour and grip of a light red. The blend is all native: Antão Vaz, Manteúdo, Perrum and Rabo de Ovelha, none of them easy to find elsewhere. One for anyone curious about skin-contact whites who wants a version with real balance.
