Why this wine

A Chablis house that built its name buying back Premier and Grand Cru land, applying the same gravity handling and steel ageing to its village wine. No oak at any stage, so the Kimmeridgian soil and its fossil shells do the talking. The reference point for what Chablis is supposed to taste like.
