Why this wine

Dolcetto is Piedmont's weekday red, and this is a serious version of it - one 0.83-hectare plot in Bussia, vines planted in the 2000s, six months in tank and no oak. The Sartirano family have farmed the site since 1988 and hold SQNPI certification for it.
