Why this wine

Genevrières is the Meursault premier cru that gives weight without losing its line, and Bouzereau's version has both. Nine generations on the same slope, a plot farmed without chemical herbicide for fifteen years, and a careful hand with new oak at twenty to thirty per cent. A white Burgundy that tastes of its site rather than its barrels.
