Why this wine

Vassilis Tsaktsarlis learned white winemaking from Denis Dubourdieu, and Ovilos is the result: equal Assyrtiko and Semillon fermented in 225-litre barrels, half of them new, from certified organic fruit at 380 metres on Mount Pangeon. Greece's answer to serious white Bordeaux.
