Why this wine

Aglianico is southern Italy's great red grape, and picked early off Irpinia hillsides at up to 700 metres it makes a rosato with proper acidity rather than the soft, sunbaked kind. Feudi di San Gregorio is the reference producer of the region, and brought in Valérie Lavigne to sharpen the style further.
