Why this wine
Chenin Blanc is South Africa's signature white, and the old blocks are the ones worth chasing — here vines planted in 1985 and 1993, salvaged when the estate was rescued in 2015. Mostly tank-fermented with a little old oak and eleven months on the lees, so it keeps its freshness and gains texture. Serious Chenin at an everyday price.
