Why this wine
One of only eighteen estates still holding the Provence Cru Classé title awarded in 1955, and a 400-year-old property that has been in the same family since 1930. The winemaking is unusually careful for the price — berries moved to the press by gravity through refrigerated tubes, juice chilled to 13°C — and it shows in how much aroma survives into the glass. This is the classical Provençal rosé the range needs, made properly rather than merely made pale.
