Why this wine

Château de Berne is one of the best-known addresses in Provence, and Inspiration is its Côtes de Provence rosé proper rather than the wider regional blend. Night picking, cool fermentation and lees stirring give it more texture than the pale-and-thin norm at this price, without losing the crispness.
