Why this wine

One of only 18 Provence estates still holding Cru Classé status, and the cuvée it is best known for. Made from a single 89-hectare parcel on the Pierrefeu plain, it is the classic pale, dry Provençal style done properly rather than approximately, in a bottle Charlotte Fabre designed herself.
