Why this wine

Feudi di San Gregorio did more than any other producer to bring Campania's native grapes back into serious wine, and Serrocielo is its Selezione Falanghina. Five to six months on fine lees give it texture without blunting the saline, mineral edge that makes the grape worth seeking out.
