Why this wine

Sacchetto has been making sparkling wine in the Veneto for a century, and Fili is the house at its most direct — no oak, no pretence, just clean Glera fruit. The Brut dosage keeps it drier and firmer than the supermarket norm. It is the Prosecco to keep in the fridge rather than the one to think about.
