Why this wine

Ribolla Gialla is Friuli's own grape and Collavini were the first to take it seriously in modern times, having made it since the family's early days. This is the pure, unoaked version: taut, mineral and moreish. A genuine alternative to Pinot Grigio from one of the region's benchmark family houses.
