A grower Champagne from a single Premier Cru village, farmed organically and ploughed by horse, at the price the large houses ask for a blended non-vintage. Five years on the lees gives it biscuit depth without blunting the citrus edge. Extra Brut, so nothing is hidden behind sugar.
