Why this wine
Gosset blocks malolactic conversion across the range, which is why an Extra Brut here reads precise rather than austere. Five years in the cellar and a dosage of just 4.8 g/l leave the fruit and the acidity doing all the work. A serious aperitif Champagne from the oldest wine house in the region.
