FAQ
1. Which red wine suits which occasion?
Lighter reds such as Pinot Noir, Gamay and Nebbiolo from cooler vintages suit fish, poultry and midweek meals. Fuller reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Tempranillo Reserva stand up to roasts, grilled meat and hard cheese. The body scale on each bottle shows where it sits.
2. Drink now or keep?
Every product page gives a drinking window. Many reds are ready now; Barolo, classed-growth Bordeaux and Rioja Gran Reserva usually reward several more years in a cool, dark place.
3. What temperature should red wine be served at?
Light reds at 12–14°C, fuller reds at 15–18°C. A warm room flattens the fruit, so twenty minutes in the fridge often helps.
